Training
Swimming Sessions
We offer two swim sessions every week at 5 Rivers Leisure Centre:
Fridays, from 8:30pm to 9:45pm
Sundays, from 8pm to 9:30pm
Over the winter months, from November onwards we will be breaking down our technique down to the basics, starting with breathing, body position and roll before we move onto the likes of the catch. After Christmas we'll start building our base for the next season, whilst still working on our technique.
Bike Sessions
Over the winter months we will be offering one bike ride on a Saturday morning.
STC group ride: This ride is usually 30-40 miles long, and is at a relaxed pace. The emphasis is on a group ride, ideal for beginners and intermediate cyclists. Coffee breaks are mandatory!!! This ride leaves 5 Rivers Leisure Centre at 9am.

The club has a two turbo's available for people to use, if you want to use one of these, please contact us on salisburytriclub@gmail.com
Run sessions
Group run: This will continue as before, on Thursdays, departing from 5 Rivers Leisure Centre at 7pm. These runs are generally about 6 miles at about 9 to 10min/mile pace.
